  • Kevin Bassett

    President and CEO

    As the president and founder of Information Alliance, Inc., Kevin Bassett brings to the table over 25 years of leadership experience in the information technology sector. During this time, he has served as engagement manager, project manager, business analyst, and software developer for public and private clients spanning a broad set of business sectors. He has led numerous enterprise-level projects involving a variety of technologies and platforms.

    Prior to founding Information Alliance, Kevin was a management consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in their west coast data warehousing practice. In this role, he was responsible for information delivery solution design and development.

    Kevin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, and is an alumnus of the Alfred North Whitehead Leadership Society. He earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

  • Bud Borja

    CTO & VP, Technology Services

    Bud is an experienced business and technology leader who drives IT modernization efforts through continuously improving the quality of the IT solutions, services and support while always having the end-user, and cost effectiveness in mind. As a former CIO, he draws on his own experience to bring innovation, industry standards and best practices into organizations and develop and empower teams that exceed the needs of the business.

    Prior to Information Alliance, Inc., he was a Partner and Director for CGI. He oversaw multiple areas that focused on business development and the delivery of projects and services that range from full IT Outsourcing to specialty ERP implementations.

    Bud is passionate about giving back to the community and has volunteered with Kids Inc, iUrban Teen, SOLVE, SMART, Cycle Oregon, and the Society of Information Management’s (SIM) Portland Chapter. In his free time he hangs out with his kids, kickboxes, and rides his road and mountain bikes.

  • Judy Bassett

    HR Director

    Judy is a proven business leader with over 10 years of management experience in the retail industry, leading teams with a passion for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Throughout her time in the retail industry, she directed daily operations, focused on building brand loyalty through creating exceptional guest experiences, and implemented business processes to improve operational performance metrics.

    She is skilled in Human Resources, Operations Management, Payroll and Finance, and Supply Chain & Vendor Management. She developed and championed routines and procedures that encouraged teamwork and promoted individual development and has evaluated, recruited, and onboarded top talent individuals at all levels.

    Judy graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Global Business.

  • Brittany Romero

    Procurement Director

    Brittany Bassett is an exceptional procurement and contract compliance specialist with over six years of industry expertise in supply chain management and contract administration. She is a proven leader at developing, implementing, and enforcing company-wide procurement policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving external regulations and industry best practices.

    In her leadership role at Information Alliance, Brittany partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive procurement processes and ensure contract compliance. She is known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, which she leverages to effectively manage supply chain activity, guide organizational change, and support cross-functional collaboration.

    Brittany graduated from California State Polytechnic University at Humboldt with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management.

  • Marco Romero

    Marco Romero is a disciplined, results-driven professional with dual responsibilities at Information Alliance. In the role of talent acquisition specialist, Marco is responsible for candidate searching, technical screenings, evaluations, and recruitments, ensuring delivery of top-tier talent to our clients. He has a proven ability to ensure alignment between hiring managers; technical requirements and candidates; career aspirations.

    In the role of technical support engineer, Marco is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of Information Alliance’s technical infrastructure including email, web hosting, Office 365, as well as the company’s internal data repositories.

    Marco earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University at Humboldt. In his spare time, Marco enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and taking on challenging software development projects.
